Here are some tips for when you’re losing weight:
-DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Most likely you will see yourself get thinner, BUT you are depriving yourself of nutrients that your body needs. Eventually you will gain it back. If you are restricting calories, do not make it any less than 1200 calories.
-Eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day.
-Drink lots and lots of water.
-Exercise! Try to stay moving for at least 20 minutes for up to 3 times a week at the least. If you’re just starting to exercise, start small and work your way up.
-To make weight loss alittle bit more fun, try setting up rewards for yourself! Once you hit one of your goal weights, you can reward yourself with a trip to the spa, or some new clothes! Anything goes really.
